What Are Your Core Values?

I was working with client this month to help him define his goals and strategies for his personal and professional life.  A key to leading his company with excellence is to have a clear vision the team can follow, so we started by helping him define his Core Values.  During that process I realized I had never written down my own either.

I sent an email to my CEO Peer Group Members, as well as my Executive Coaching and Leadership Development clients, and asked them for three characteristics or qualities they see in me, as part of a reality check of what I felt my core values were.  Peer to Peer Advisory Groups require you build trust and accountability with each other, so how I am seen to my group members means a lot to me.

I got great feedback and narrowed it down to four core values of how I run Renaissance Executive Forums Dallas.  I listed the feedback under one of the four values and listed them below.  This was a great confirmation that what I wanted to be known by was coming across to my CEO Group members.  The feedback from people who see me in action each month reinforced my passion to have a business that changes and impacts lives of business owner and CEO’s here in DFW.
